Structure and working principle
The hydraulic torque wrench (hydraulic torque wrench) consists of
two parts: a manual high-pressure pump and a hydraulic torque
wrench with a ratchet wheel. By manipulating the handle of the
manual high-pressure pump, the hydraulic cylinder generates thrust,
which forms a torque through the crank system and drives the nut to
rotate at an angle, transmitting the torque to the hexagonal socket
with a ratchet device and then to the bolt connection. The bolts
are pre tightened as required.
The manual high-pressure pump consists of a joystick, high-pressure
pump, directional valve, oil tank, pressure gauge, and oil delivery
pipe with a quick connector. The hydraulic wrench with a ratchet
wheel is composed of a high-pressure oil port, hydraulic cylinder,
crank, reaction rod, ratchet device, sleeve, etc. The former is a
power source component, and the latter is a torque actuator.
